My train is delayed: can you keep my room and my luggage?
Yes. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, so your room will be ready for you no matter what time you arrive, with no extra charge. Please notify us at +33 (0)1 48 78 04 98 To anticipate your arrival, and deposit your luggage in secure storage if needed before check-in at 2 PM.
What time can I check in and check out of the room?
How long can I leave my luggage at the hotel, before or after my stay?
Our secure luggage storage is free for all guests, on both arrival and departure days. This means you can enjoy Paris as soon as you step off the Thalys or Eurostar, without any fixed time constraints. For long-term storage, contact reception.
