Can I arrive late after a train?

Yes. Late arrival is possible, with a receptionist present 24/7, so hotel access is secure and monitored. Please let us know, and we can arrange your check-in in the best possible way.

What time can I check in and check out of the room?

Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is before 12 PM. Need to arrive earlier or leave later? We offer early check-in from 10 AM or late check-out until 4 PM. Cost: €50. Option to add when booking.

Do you offer luggage?

Yes. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out to enjoy Paris stress-free (24/7).

Breakfast: compatible with a very early departure?

Yes, breakfast is served daily. Weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM and weekends from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, convenient before an early train.

What are your cancellation/amendment conditions?

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the rate selected. For flexible offers, cancellation is free until 12:00 PM on the day of arrival (Paris time). After this time, the first night will be charged.
